3J, regarding the show and tell, i and wai have come out with a arrangement plan for the singing part which goes as such:
assume: left= audience's left. right = audience's right.

Based on the song list given, there are 9 lines before the chorus. For the first two lines, Yan Zhao will sing solo. He will enter from the right stage(backstage) and sing when walking towards center of stage. Next two lines, Huang Xuan will enter from left stage(backstage) and walk towards center of stage, singing at the same time.

Next, for the following two lines, all the guys will enter from right stage and sing together, moving towards center of stage directly behind where Huang Xuan and Yan Zhao are standing. For next 3 lines, the girls will sing. Girls would enter from two sides, left stage and right stage and eventually the whole formation is such that YanZhao and Huang Xuan beside each other, den the rest behind in a form of semi-circle; means the girls must slant abit.

After that, chrous all will sing.

After chorus, got 4 lines. Kayat will then step out and sing solo first two lines, followed by another girl singing the next two lines. after that then chorus all the way, so all sing...

After everything finish, everyone take a bow, then girls from left stage exit by left, girls from right exit from right and boys split into half exit.

Then regarding the whole performance, basically is the Emcees (4 person) will walk up stage from right side then talk talk talk... after that will exit to backstage, then the song part will come in. after everyone evacuate the stage after the song, emcee will go up talk again. after finish talking, the video will be shown. All the 'thank You' etc will be shown in the video. Any queries about the video can ask Han Lin.

So basically we need all of your cooperation in order to make this thing a success. Show them that we the mighty 3J are capable of many things, yeah :D So try to stay back sometimes or come during weekend if necessary for awhile to iron things out so that it will go smoothly. Rest assured, we will make sure that you all need not waste unnecessary time rehearsing due to commotion, bad planning etc.
And lastly, pls be very familiar with the song, cos the point of singing as class is to voice together and make sure everyone hear us...

But most importantly, enjoy it. Find joy in it, and u will enjoy it. :)
